With this message, we would like to give attention to the decision of Ben Arntz to leave GBM Works. Ben founded the company with Nick Noordam in 2016 to prevent harmful noise to marine life during offshore wind farm construction. As the inventor of the Vibrojet® technology, he led product development at GBM Works until the end of 2022. Product development under Ben's leadership has brought the technology to the point of being deployed in its first commercial assignment.

GBM has entered a new phase of further commercialization. I have every confidence in the team to continue GBM's mission under the leadership of Govert Meijer. It was an unforgettable time for me in which I was able to experience many great milestones with the team."
We got to know Ben as a creative engineer, an amiable free thinker with an enormous drive for focus on results and respect for his environment. The team and many stakeholders of GBM Works are immensely grateful for his initiative. The rest of the world, including the animal world, will soon be too.
