GBM Works granted €2.455.000 in subsidy from the European Innovation Council

Solidifying its position as an innovative technology developer, GBM Works was awarded €2.455.000 in subsidy from the European Innovation Council (EIC).

The EIC has been established under the EU Horizon Europe Programme to support game changing innovations throughout their lifecycle, covering early stage research, proof of concept, technology transfer, and the financing and scale up of start-ups and SMEs.

The funds provided by EIC will be used to develop design improvements of GBM’s patented silent installation technique, the Vibrojet®. The main benefits of the new design will be lower costs, less use of steel, and scalability.

The optimized design strengthens GBM’s goal to provide the industry a more sustainable and affordable option for the silent installation of monopiles.

If you are interested in the development of GBM’s jetting solution or in its application for the installation of windfarms, please contact our Business Developer, Marcelo Werneck, on +31 6 2340 7167 or m.werneck@gbmworks.com.
